These four, plywood worktops and end panels were coated in situ with Ideal Work’s Microtopping®. The look of concrete was created using the interplay of the base coats with the smooth, finishing coats. The colour is of the grey cement material with no pigments added. Next these high use surfaces received a primer plus 4 coats of Ideal Work’s two-pack, solvent based, polyurethane sealer PU78 Supermatt. Finally 3 coats of Ideal Work’s Ideal Cera, metallic wax polish was applied to give a pleasing and long lasting sheen.
