A new 4th floor was added to the existing building and our works comprised applying Microtopping to all the floors and some staircases. There were 1070 m2 of office space, landings and corridors plus 4 staircases. The client chose a slightly textured finish created with Ideal Work’s HP material. The colour was a warm grey with just a hint of green.
