The main feature of this floor is the graphic design incorporating words and shapes. First the Microtopping floor was laid using our Smoke colour with a stipple trowel effect. Then stencils were laid on the floor and a water based sealer applied. Then the stencils were removed and a solvent based sealer was applied over the whole floor. Solvent based sealers darken cementitious materials whereas water based sealers do not so this characteristic was used to create this stunning design.
